About Sherry Wood

A little bit more about me:

I was born and raised here in the Sierra Nevada Foothills. I was the first female firefighter for the City of Grass Valley. I went on to become an Emergency 911 Dispatcher for Nevada County Sheriff’s Office. I also became a Reserve Police Officer for the City of Nevada City. I went on to become a full time Deputy Sheriff for Nevada County. I have always had special people in my life to coach me and help me realize my goals. I understand the importance of having a work / life balance. I married my best friend, Eric and we have two wonderful children, Zach and Kindra.

I needed more time with my family so I quit working full time, and became a mortgage consultant. I learned how important it is to pay attention to debt, manage it and get out of debt for life. Debt proofing your life is a skill that will help you grow to financial independence. This is just one of the life skills I teach in my courses.

I help you and/or your business develop the skills to grow and achieve the goals set by you. Usually in less time then you originally plan. Your progress will move so fast it may scare you at first, in fact some people ask to slow down the process, so they can digest what is going on. I don’t encourage this, I will ask you to accept the pace and take the time at 3, 6 and 9 months to evaluate what you have done. We set up a personalized reward plan and you reap the benefits along the way. I love working with people and seeing them succeed with power and poise.
